Welcome to VideoView. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VideoView platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or accessing VideoView, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. VideoView is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload to VideoView. By uploading content, you grant VideoView a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service.
You agree not to upload content that:
Eligible creators may participate in the VideoView Partner Program. Revenue sharing is subject to separate Partner Program terms. VideoView reserves the right to modify revenue sharing rates with 30 days notice.
VideoView may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VideoView does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for user-generated content on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoView's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to VideoView in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
